Shipping

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the carrier, it might also include the tracking information.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6 almost anywhere in Canada on all purchases. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
